Terms of Service

By inviting, adding, configuring, or interacting with Arizona Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our") in any Discord server, you ("the User", "Server Owner", or "Guild Administrator") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server and cease all usage.

Arizona operates on top of the Discord API. Consequently, all users must strictly comply with:

• Discord Developer Policy: Respecting rate limits, privacy guidelines, and safety policies.

You agree to use Arizona Bot only for lawful community management, entertainment, and moderation purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Exploit, spam, flood, or abuse bot slash commands, prefix commands, or button interactions.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or attack Arizona's API endpoints or backend databases.
• Use the bot to conduct illicit activities, promote hate speech, conduct raids, or bypass Discord permissions.
• Abuse permission automation (e.g. Permadder) to compromise server security or vandalize guild configurations.

Arizona provides low-latency, high-fidelity audio playback via Lavalink & Kazagumo wrappers. Audio features are provided for personal and community entertainment within connected voice channels.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party audio streams or intellectual property played through the bot. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of third-party audio providers.

Arizona is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we operate high-availability servers on ArcHost infrastructure with 99.9% target uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Arizona developers and contributors shall not be liable for any server data loss, unintended permission assignments, channel deletions, or downtime caused by Discord API outages.

We reserve the right to restrict, terminate, or blacklist any user, server, or guild from accessing Arizona Bot services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms or Discord Community Guidelines are violated.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect infrastructure changes, new features, or legal obligations. Continued use of Arizona Bot following any updates signifies your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
